Joe Stanley Springer, 65, of Pocola, OK passed away Thursday,
January 5, 2017 in Little Rock, AR. Joe
was born March 14, 1951 in Lexington, TN to Preston Audrain & Joyce Mayrene
(Ivy) Springer. He was a truck driver
for 40 years. He was a member of
Southside Church of God 7th Day. Joe
was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Ricky Lynn Springer.
Family remaining include
his wife of 46 years, Jessie of the
home; son and daughter in law, David & Elizabeth Springer of Huntington, AR; sister in law, Cindy
Springer; other relatives, loved ones and friends.
Services will be 10 am,
Monday, January 9, 2017 at Evans Memorial Chapel, Pocola, OK with Pastor
Richard Cress officiating. Interment
will follow in Greenhill Cemetery, Cameron, OK.
Pallbearers will be David Springer, Herman Yakley Sr., Herman Yakley
Jr., Jeff Yakley, Darrell Gordon and Jamie Speaks.
The family will be at the funeral home in Pocola on Sunday evening from 5-7 pm to visit with relatives & friends.
