Margie Rust

Margie Estes Rust, 91, of Poteau, OK passed away Sunday, July 3, 2016 in Ft. Smith, AR.  Margie was born January 10, 1925 in Fort Smith, AR to Robert& Clara (Graham) Boydston.  She  worked at the LeFlore County Nursing Home for 25 years.  She was a homemaker and the mother of 12 children.  Margie was preceded in death by her husband, Halton Rust; son, Alvin Rust & son in law, Keith Vineyard

Survivors include her children, Patricia Tate-Lee & Kenneth Rust of Ft. Smith, AR, Mary & Kenny Wise of Poteau, OK, Katherine Vineyard of Ft. Smith, AR, Charlie & Suanna Rust of Poteau, OK, Patricia & Channon Phipps of Mulberry, AR, Ruby & Vernon Midgley, Terry Rust of Poteau, OK, Donna Martin  and Ricky Rust of Ft. Smith, AR; 16 grandchildren, Steve Christmas, Teresa Wise, William Wise, Jason Vineyard, Jessica Vineyard, Charlie Rust Jr., Brea Gammel, Michael Phipps, Nicole Gabbert, Lori Rutledge, Vernon Midgley, Kristin Maslakow, Tasha Bizzell, Chelsey Oliver, Sarah Rust, Kara Martin; 20 great grandchildren.

Services will be 10 am, Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Oakland Cemetery Pavilion, Poteau, OK.
