Donald Ellis Murray, 80, of
Poteau, OK passed away Sunday, May 15, 2016 in Poteau. Donald was born July 5, 1935 in Wetumka, OK
to Hugh & Eugena (Williams) Murray.
Donald was a veteran of the US Air Force. He was retired from Johnson Controls. Donald loved to work on cars. He loved football, his family and drinking
coffee with his friends. He loved to
watch his grandchildren. He was preceded
in death by his parents.
Survivors include his
daughter & son in law, Marsha Lea & Jeremiah Johnson of Poteau, OK;
grandchildren, Lexus, Christian, Gabriel, Ryan & Jeremiah; sisters, Mary
Ott of Chester, AR, Judy Collier of Rockwall, TX, Peggy Boyles of McAllen, TX;
other relatives, loved ones and friends.
Services will be 10 am,
Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, OK with Rev. Jim
Cook officiating. Pallbearers will be
his grandsons.
The family will be at the
funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6-8 pm to visit with relatives and
friends.
