Uncle Bud, you have always been so sweet to me. I loved visiting with you and Aunt Jo some evenings where we would play Forty-Two. You and Cal cheated somehow! I loved how you tended your garden and always shared some of the bounty with us. I loved your cooking.

Cal has always shared with me how much he looked up to you. He thought of you as his father image. You meant so much to him, and he is brokenhearted at the thought of not having you to go spend some time with. I know there were times, he just needed a man to talk to, and your were the one he turned to.

We will miss you.

To the family, I understand the loss you feel. I am so very sorry. I have already told some of you that Cal and I are here for you, we will do whatever we can to help you through this time. I love you all, and I know that Cal loves you all to pieces. Sherry and Cal Miller
