Joe was born on January 28, 1956 in Kansas City, MO to Elaine (Stigler) Thomas and Joe Kenneth Thomas, Sr. and passed away on February 28, 2022 in Poteau, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Sonja McAllister Thomas; sister, Amanda Thomas Cole.
Survivors are: Children, Jessika Everett, Kelly McAllister, Travis McAllister; Grandchildren, Aurora Everett, Kinleigh McAllister; Sister, Susan Mixon. Joe grew up in Poteau First Methodist Church; he later attended Nazarene Church, loved his Parrot, Blue, and playing guitar.
