Tommy Paul “Bud” Free, 83, of
Torrance, CA (formerly of Wister, OK)
passed away July 11, 2020.
Bud
was born in Wister, OK on December 19, 1936 to William Lawrence and Ora
(Little) Free.
Bud was proudly a
veteran, following in the footsteps of his dad, brothers, and brothers in
law.
He served four years in the Air
Force.
Bud was preceded in death by his
son, Randy Free; his parents; sisters, Geneva Johnson, Louise Hornbuckle, and
Jeanne Ballew;
brothers Bill Free &
Nim Free.
Survivors
include his wife Joanne, daughter Tami Weslow of Bakersfield, CA; 3
grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; one brother, Bob Free of Poteau, OK;
numerous nieces and nephews; best friend, T.W. Emerson of Wister, OK; and
many other beloved friends. Interment
will be Monday, October 12, 2020 at 1 pm – at Ellis Chapel Cemetery, Wister,
OK.
