I was always proud to say that she was my aunt. I always thought she was so beautiful and stylish and was such a hard worker who had a kind heart. She was there for us, without complaint, when she was needed. I loved this woman. I'm so sorry that I'll not be able to be there for her funeral, but my thoughts and prayers will be with Robert and Nancy and their families.

I sure loved Trudie. She was one of the sweetest ladies I've ever met. She loved talking about sitting on the porch in her beloved Poteau when I would go visit Shirley over at Memory Lane. Trudie was either walking around or sitting with some of the other folks in the dining room. She will be sorely missed and always remembered. Your family is in my prayers.
