Janice Kay Scroggins, 67,
of Shady Point, OK passed away Sunday, August 30, 2015 in Shady Point, OK. Janice was born December 19, 1947 in Latham,
OK to Norman & Victoria (Hood) Monks.
She was a pharmacy tech. Janice
was preceded in death by her parents, Omer & Victoria Lawson; father,
Norman Monks; husband, Jim; son, James; granddaughter, Summer VanMeter; brother,
Jerry Monks; sisters, Loretha Grigsby& Glenda Tubby.
Survivors include her
daughters, Mary Laymon of Shady Point, OK, Cathy Scroggins of Collinsville, OK,
Linda Arnett of Albion, OK; son, Roy Scroggins of Shady Point; 7 grandchildren;
8 great grandchildren; brother, Terry & Sandra Monks of Shady Point, OK;
special friends, Jesse & Beatrice Watts: numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives,
loved ones and friends.
A memorial service will be
held at 10 am, Friday September 4, 2015 at Shady Point Cemetery, Shady Point,
OK.
