Charles
G. Evans, 79, of Monroe, OK passed away Saturday, February 7, 2015 in
Heavener, OK. Charles was born August
12, 1935 in Monroe, OK to John S. & Dollie (Gregory)
Evans. He was a veteran of the US
Army. Charles worked as a Ranch
Foreman. He was preceded in death by his
parents; sisters, Opal Hicks and Jewell Garrett; brothers, Carmet and Wilford
Evans.
Survivors
include his wife, Naomi of the home; sons, Chuck & wife Terry Evans of
Hominy, OK, John & wife Heike Evans of Calhoun, OK, Doug Evans of Kiowa,
OK; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grand children ; sister in law, Hazel Evans; numerous
nieces, nephews, other relatives, loved ones and friends.
Services
will be 10 am - Tuesday, February 10, 2015 in Evans Chapel of
Memories, Poteau, OK with Rev. Jim Cook officiating. Interment will follow in Monroe Cemetery,
Monroe, OK.
The family will be at the funeral home on Monday evening from 4-6 pm to visit with relatives & friends.
