Lawanna Ann Kyle, 63, of Poteau, OK passed away
January 2, 2014 in Ft. Smith, AR. She was born August 23, 1950 in Poteau, OK
to Johnnie Hoyt & Kathrine Iola (McCanless) Kyle. She was a homemaker. Lawanna was preceded in death by her mother,
Katy Weatherford, stepfather, Shirley Dean Weatherford, and father, Johnnie
Kyle.
Survivors include her
sisters, Aledda Jane Marler of Heavener, OK, Kay & Lynn Drury of Poteau,
OK; brothers, Dixie Wayne & Debby Kyle of Malvern, AR, Charles Robert Kyle
of Wister, OK, numerous nieces & nephews, her friends at KiBois; Dog – The
love of her life, “Snowball”. Alicia
Cripps; other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends.
Services will be 5 pm,
Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Evans Chapel of Memories with Rev. Keith Williams
officiating. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery,
Poteau, OK.
The family will be at the
funeral home on Friday evening from 6-8 pm to visit with relatives &
friends.
