Survivors include his wife, Sherry of the home; 4 sons, Jason Blake of Dallas, TX, Zach Horton of Carrollton, TX, Phoenix Horton of Ft. Worth, TX, Grant Horton of Poteau, OK; 4 daughters, Andrea Salsbury of Poteau, OK, Sabrina Erwin of Prosper, TX, Lucy Horton of McKinney, TX, Patience Knotts of Denton, TX; 6 grandchildren; parents, Vernon & Alice Blake of Shady Point, OK; brother, Roger Blake of Lufkin, TX; other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends
Memorial services will be held 2 pm, Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at the First Presbyterian Church, Poteau, OK with Rev. Jan Dittmar officiating.
