Patricia Madelyn McMillin, 69, of Poteau, OK passed away Monday, November 29, 2010 in Poteau. Patricia was born in Poteau on July 25, 1941 to Jessie A. & Berniece (Turner) Haggard. She was a realtor. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, John Haggard. Survivors include her husband, William T. "Bill" McMillin of the home; daughter & her fiance, Debbie McMillin & Robert J. Tharp of Garland, TX; granddaughter, Abby Sanchez & husband, John of Heartland, TX; great granddaughter, Vivian Sanchez of Heartland, TX; other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends. Services will be held 2 pm, Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, OK with Rev. Jim Cook officiating. Interment will follow in Vaughn Cemetery in Gilmore, OK. Pallbearers will be Don McMillin, Bobby McMillin, Charles McMillin, Roger McMillin, Brad McMillin, Mark McMillin. The family will be at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 5-7 pm, to visit with friends & relatives.

Alesia Coleene Hendrix Price, 26, of Heavener, OK passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2010 in Monticello, AR. Coleene was born June 6, 1984 in Fort Smith, AR to Todd Stanford & Alesia Lou (Forrest) Hendrix. She was a member of Woodlawn Assembly of God Church in Spiro, OK and a student at CASC. She loved fishing, traveling, & attending the Dixie Stampeded in Branson. She was a loving and caring person. She worked as a CNA. Survivors include her husband, Mike of the home; sons, Charles & Anthony of the home; daughter, Kristen of the home; her parents; sister & brother in law, Misty & Kevin Stovall of Tuscumbia, AL; grandmother, Mildred Forrest of Monticello, AR; other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends. Services will be held 10 am, Monday, November 29, 2010 at Woodlawn Assembly of God Church in Spiro, OK with Rev. John Ward officiating. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery, Spiro, OK. Doris Tamplin, 79, of Wister, OK passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2010 in Poteau, OK. Doris was born in Clayton, OK on January 22, 1931 to Arthur & Mozelle Owens. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Tamplin was a Southern Baptist. She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Millard & Joseph Tamplin. Survivors include one son, Jerry Tamplin of Wister, OK; one daughter, Terry Sue Garibay of Williams, AZ; 6 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren; other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends.

Lester was a veteran of the US Marine Corps and was a plumber. The family will be at the funeral home in Pocola from 5-7 pm Friday evening to visit with relatives & friends.

Phyllis Jean McGee, 70, of Pocola, OK passed away Sunday, November 21, 2010 in Pocola. Phyllis was born in Chowchilla, CA on October 11, 1940 to Pete & Teresa (Shockley) Heindselman. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, James McGee of the home; sister, Betty McNabb of Antioch, CA; brother, Lloyd Heindselman of Antioch, CA; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends. John David Fox, 74, of Cameron, OK passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 in Williams, OK. John was born on June 21, 1936 in Williams, Oklahoma to George W. & Violet (Taylor) Fox. He was a school teacher and a business owner. John was a graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, OK. He is preceded in death by a son, John Fox Jr.; a daughter, Cathy Fox; 2 brothers, James Fox & Bill Fox; and his parents.
John is survived by his beloved wife, Tina Fox of the home; 2 sons Ron Fox of Cameron, OK & Stacy Fox of Fort Smith, AR; 2 daughters, Jennifer Davidson of Cameron, OK & Shawn McCullah of Onancock, VA; 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Polly Carlton of Jenks, OK, Peggy Martines of Tracy, CA, & Shirley Hurst of Fort Smith, AR; a brother, Frank Fox of Williams, OK; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives & loved ones and many beloved friends.
Memorial services for John were held at 11:00 am, Monday November 22, 2010 at Cameron High School Civic Center in Cameron, OK with the Reverend Charles Caughern officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home, Poteau, OK.

Edward was an active member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Poteau, OK. He was an instructor of RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults). He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus. Edward was retired from retail sales. James Gregory Ragsdale, 47, of Pocola, OK born July 15, 1963 in Van Buren, AR went to rest with our Lord in heaven November 5, 2010 in Fort Smith, AR. He is preceded in death by his beloved father, John Robert Ragsdale. Those that knew James in life knew a special man with a gift to wheel & deal. Always the avid animal lover, he loved working with his dogs. He accomplished much in the field of set-up & toll & die as a machinist. James' life was short but he touched the hearts & souls of many along his way and left behind two wonderful children to carry on in their God given path.
