 Funeral Service for Wanda Louise Couch, 65 of Poteau, Oklahoma will be at 2:00pm on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at Evans Chapel Of Memories in Poteau, Oklahoma with Reverend Jim Cook officiating. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Poteau, Oklahoma under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home in Poteau, Oklahoma.

She was born on October 4, 1956 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Lenora (Johnson) Brown and Orville Brown and passed away on September 2, 2022 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Wanda was married to Ronny Couch on February 23, 1973 in Cameron, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lenora; daughter, Robin Townley; grandson, Alexander Irvin; sister, Joyce Christen; brothers, Charles Brown and Ronnie Brown. Wanda enjoyed sewing and crochetting and taking care of her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Ronny; daughters, Ronda Boston and husband Jason, Rebecca Irvin and husband William; son, Ronnie Couch, Jr. and wife Natallie; sisters, Viola Hayes, Joann Holiday and husband Robby; brothers, Randy Brown, Frankie Brown and wife Pam, Don Brown, father, Orville Brown; her faithful dog, Peanut, eleven grandchildren, Taylar, Dylan and wife Carlee, Tyler, Tori, Lindsey, Sarah, Kimmie, Ethan, Amelia, Olivia, Kattie Lou; 1 great  granddaughter on the way, Reilynn Grace;  numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones.

Pallbearers will be Randy Cooper, Jud Whitehead, Nathan Adams, Jeff Mode, Stetson Adams, and Kyle Holt. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jim Couch, Brandon Owens, and Devin Owens.

Viewing and Visitation  Tuesday, September 6, 2022 from 9am -7pm  at the funeral home.
