Billy Wayne Dolph, II of Wister, Oklahoma was born July 20, 1961 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Billy Wayne and Ellen (Manifold) Dolph, and passed away September 12, 2021 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 60.
Billy is survived by his brother, Tommy Ray Dolph of Wister, Oklahoma as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones.
Graveside Services will be held 10:00am Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Ellis Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Evans and Miller Funeral Home in Poteau, Oklahoma.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Morris, Willie Carshall, Maury Ford, Jason Hamilton, Rocky Makovy, and Rocky Crane.
