Emma Lois Riggs

         Emma Lois Riggs, 86, of Poteau, OK passed away Sunday, November 22, 2020 in Tulsa, OK.  Lois was born July 25, 1934 in Goree, TX to James Elmer & Celestie Jane (Deathrage) Norwood.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Riggs; as well as 9 siblings.

          Survivors include her children, Jerry & Jeana Riggs, David Riggs, Julian & Frances Scott, Charles & Vicki Ritter; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; brother, Bill Norwood; and sisters, Lillie Webb and Neoma Henderson; other relatives, loved ones and friends.

          Services will be 10 am, Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau with Jim Cook officiating.  Interment will follow at Monroe Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Julian & Nathan Scott, Charles & Mark Ritter, David & Jerry Riggs.
