Mausolean Thomas (Marcy)
Dorse, 95, of Gore, OK passed away Monday, December 28, 2015 in Vian. Mausolean was born February 28, 1920 in
Panama, OK to Claude & Sudie Viola "Ola" (Hickman) Thomas. She was a waitress. She lived outside of Gore for the past 8
years until entering the nursing home April 2015. Mausolean was preceded in death by her
parents; husband, John Ather Dorse; sons, Ather Jr. Dorse, Thomas Claude Dorse;
brother, J.C. Thomas; grandson, Claude Ather Dorse.
Survivors include her
daughter, Caryl A. & Kenneth Rorex of Gore, OK; sister in law, Lue Thomas;
daughter in law, Alma Dorse; numerous grand and great grandchildren, nieces,
nephews, cousins; other relatives, loved ones and friends.
Services will be 10 am,
Thursday, December 31, 2015 at Oakland Cemetery Pavilion, Poteau, with Rev. Jim
Cook officiating. Interment will
follow.
