Graveside Service for Paulette Ruth Moore, 78 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 2:00pm on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at New Hope Cemetery in Spiro, Oklahoma with Reverend Jim Powers officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Spiro, Oklahoma under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home in Poteau.
She was born on May 30, 1942 in Rock Island, Oklahoma to Helen (Smith) Butler and Paul Butler and passed away on March 7, 2021 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Doyle Kenneth Moore, and sister, Lola Saddler. Paulette was a member of Sallisaw First Assembly of God Church. She was named East Side Elementary "Granny of the Year' in 2018 and also involved with the Kibois Foster Grandparent Program.
Survivors include her sons, Kenneth "Kep" Moore and wife Beverly, Johnny Moore and wife Elizabeth; daughter, Nancy Powers and husband Joe, three grandchildren, Brandon Moore and wife Heather, Quin Moore, Chloe Moore; one great Autumn, numerous other relatives and loved ones.
