Derotha Hetherington

Derotha LeFrance Hetherington, 83, of Cameron, OK passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at Barling, AR.  Derotha was born February 17, 1937 in Shady Point, OK to Mace Earl & Margie Leora (McClain) Davidson.  She was a retired teacher. Derotha cherished her entire family and grandkids.  She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Joe Bullard & stepson, John Roy Hetherington; brothers, Bill & Jerry Davidson.

 Survivors include her husband, John of the home;  daughter, Sherri Williams; sons, Jared Hetherington, Chub Russell all of Cameron, OK & Bill Russell of Monroe, OK; stepchildren, Dottie Murphy, Lane, Darral, Doug, Mike & Johnny Hetherington; sister, Raye Tanner of TX; numerous grand and great grandchildren; many special friends and church family.

 Services will be 2 pm, Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau with Rev. Leonard Presley officiating.  Interment will follow at Greenhill Cemetery, Cameron.  Pallbearers will be Paul Dubois, Charles Hollingsworth, Larry & Johnny Farrar, Dirk Gaither, Walter Barnes, Danny Rogers, Jack Loomis.  Honorary pallbearers will be her grandsons.

 The family will be at the funeral home on Friday evening  from 6-8 pm to visit with relatives & friends.
