Carl Albert Childress, 74,
of Bonanza, AR passed away Thursday, February 1, 2018 in Ft. Smith, AR. Carl was born October 11, 1943 in Abbott, AR
to Louis David & Ollie (Poole) Childress.
He was a veteran of the US Army.
Carl was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Edith Jones and
brother, David Childress.
Survivors include his wife,
Ella of the home; daughter, Stephanie Hargrove of Rock Island, OK; son, Keith
Allen Childress of Monroe, OK; 3 grandchildren, Kelly, Kylie & Dillon; 5
sisters, Carol Goins, Ruth Cantrell, Judy Tolbert, Pam Childress & Patty
Childress; 4 brothers, Jerry, Junior, Eddie & Danny Childress; other
relatives, loved ones and friends.
Services will be 10 am,
Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Ft Smith National Cemetery, Ft. Smith, AR.
