Cecil
Luretha Branstetter, 97, of Poteau, OK passed away Monday, November 27, 2017 in
her home. Cecil was born March 31, 1920
in Cameron, OK to Leslie Andrew & Edna Ann (Sims) Pierce. She was a devoted Christian lady who loved her
family and all the many children that brought joy to her life. She was preceded in death by her parents;
husband, Jay Branstetter; daughter, Meredith Heavener; brother, Olen Pierce and
sister, Mary Robertson.
Survivors
include her daughter, Sherry Branstetter of Poteau; beloved son in law, Arthur
Heavener of Cameron, OK; special friends, Anita, Bob, Sandra & Graclyn; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives
& loved ones.
Services
will be 10 am, Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Evans Chapel of Memories,
Poteau, OK with Jim Cook officiating.
Interment will follow in Slaytonville Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mark Branstetter, Brian
Hendrix, Logan Hayes, Michael Bailey,
Christopher Gray, Gary Heavener.
