of Fanshawe, OK passed away Monday,
October 9, 2017 in Heavener, OK.
Survivors include her
husband, Donald of the home; daughter & son in law, Linda & Stanley
Jones of Wister, OK; son, Clyde Perkins of Florida; other relatives, loved
ones and friends.
Services will be 10 am,
Thursday, October 12, 2017 graveside at Fanshawe Cemetery Pavilion, Fanshawe,
OK with Sally McGowen officiating.
