Doris Ann Forrest "Sista Fast" , 73, of Poteau, OK passed away
Thursday, June 16, 2016 in Poteau. Doris
was born May 16, 1943 in Wichita Falls,
TX the first of four children to Levi L. & Ollie B. (Byrd) Warren. She was a dietician for 20 years.
Doris loved family, friends,
listening to music & dancing. Doris
was preceded in death by her father; husband, Clarence Forrest and son, Leron
Erwin Forrest & brother, Anthony Warren.
Survivors include her
mother, Ollie B. Jenkins of Poteau; daughter, Nicole Forrest of Pittsburg, CA;
sons, Lawrence Forrest, Armon Lamar Forrest of Poteau, OK, Aaron Sean Forrest
of Tulsa, OK; 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sister, Vivian Warren of
Pittsburg, CA; brother, Lavern Warren of Poteau, OK other relatives, loved ones
and friends.
Memorial services will be
11 am, Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, OK.
