McKnight, 87, of Poteau, OK passed away
Tuesday November 24, 2015 in Ft. Smith, AR. Irene was born October 4, 1928 in Fort Thompson, OK to Elbridge Harm & Lola May ( Barnhart) Dunham. Irene was a member of Southside Baptist
Church in Poteau.
She is survived by 2
daughters & sons in law, Alvietta & Gary Howell of Poteau, OK, Cheryl
Rehna & Brent Barbour of Borger, TX; 2 sons & daughter in law, Alvie W.
McKnight of Poteau, OK, Jimmy Dale & Connie McKnight of Amarillo, TX; 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; sister Lona Mae & husband Toby Anderson of
Antlers, OK; 2 brothers, Buddy Dunham of Antlers, OK, E.H. Dunham & wife Odessa of Afton, OK; numerous other
relatives, loved ones, and friends.
Memorial Services will be
held 10:30 am Monday December 7, 2015 at Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau, OK with
Rev. Jim Reed officiating.
