Olen
Wesley Heflin, 82, of Wister, OK
passed away Thursday, January 29, 2015 in Ft.
Smith, AR. Olen was born April 22, 1932 in Wister, OK
to Henry J. & Agnes (Kiefer) Heflin.
He was retired from the Forestry Service. Olen was preceded in death by his son,
Stephen Wesley Heflin; Brother, Elzie, Novel, Toney, Cecil, George & James
Heflin; sisters, Elvey Vaughn, Gladys Easton and Cleo Queen.
Survivors
include his wife, Josie Kiser Heflin of the home; daughter, Brenda Morrison of
Howe, OK; son, Mike & Shirley Heflin of Poteau, OK; grandsons, Kevin,
Stephen, & James Wesley Heflin, Dustin & Brandon Morrison; 13 great
grandchildren; sister, Ruby Johnston of Poteau, OK; other relatives, loved ones
and friends.
Services
will be 2 pm, Monday, February 2, 2015 at First
Baptist Church,
Wister, OK
with Rev. Keith Stewart, Jarrod Johnson and Kolby Morrison officiating. Interment will follow in Maxey Cemetery,
Wister, OK.
The
family will be at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon from 2-4 pm to visit
with relatives & friends.
