Mary D. Martin, 98, of Wister, OK passed away
Wednesday, September 10, 2014 in Poteau,
OK. Mary was born January 20, 1916 in Monroe, OK
to Marion & Myra Ottie (Collum) Dunn.
She was a homemaker. She was
preceded in death by her parents and husband, B.C. “Babe” Martin.
Survivors include her son
& daughter in law, Joe & Donna Martin of Wister, OK; grandsons, Joe
& Krissy Martin, Tony Martin, Donny & Shawna Martin, Billy & Carla
Martin; great grandkids, Toni Wann, Mary Beth Branscum, Curtis Martin, Kara
Martin, Blake Percifield, Chase Martin, Bryce Martin & Brody Martin; great
great grandkids, Cole Wann, Jalynn Wann, Kacie Branscum, Hadley Branscum, Jolee
Wann & Paislee Martin; brother, Marion Duke Dunn of Stigler, OK; numerous
nieces, nephews, other relatives, loved ones and friends.
Services will be 2 pm,
Friday, September 12, 2014 at First Southern Baptist Church in Wister, OK
with Revs. Johnny Montgomery, Keith Stewart & Gene Heflin officiating. Interment will follow in Oakland Cemetery,
Poteau, OK. Pallbearers will be Joe II, Tony, Donny, Billy & Thad Martin,
and Gary Dunn
