Jimmy Leon Albert, 69, of Poteau,
OK passed away Monday, September 29, 2014 in Poteau, OK. Jimmy was born July 23, 1945 in Poteau, OK
to Anthony & Jessie (Midgley) Albert.
He was a plastering subcontractor.
Jimmy loved to deer hunt and he loved those grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother;
brother, Jerry Albert and sister, Sandra McKown.
Survivors include his
father, Anthony “Tony” Albert of Poteau, OK; brother, John & Kim Albert of
Poteau; 3 sons & their wives, Brent & Denise Albert of Poteau, OK, Brad
& Kristi Albert of Ft. Smith, AR, Brock & Amy Albert of Lavaca, AR; 7
grandchildren, Brennen, Austen, Alex, Alexis, Ashleigh, Parker and Conner
Albert; other relatives, loved ones and many friends.
Services will be 10 am,
Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, OK
with Rev. Jim Cook officiating.
Interment will follow in Ellis Chapel Cemetery,
Wister, OK. Pallbearers will be Brent, Brad, Brock,
Austen, Alex, Brennen, John & John David Albert.
The family will be at the
funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6-8 pm to visit with relatives.
