Velma L. Timbs, 76, of Wister, OK passed away
Tuesday, June 24, 2014 in Ft. Smith,
AR. Velma was born November 2, 1937 in Howe, OK
to Estle & Carrie (Harris) Stacy.
She worked in a bakery. She was
preceded in death by her parents; husband, Guy; daughter, Patricia White; and
siblings.
Survivors include her son,
John Michael Timbs of Chicago, IL; daughter, Pamela Hayes of Wister, OK; grandchildren, John & Jason Schafer,
Michael Casey Hayes, John & Guy Timbs; 8 great grandchildren; sisters, Willa
Saylor of Heavener, OK, Marceille Miller of Wister, OK; brothers, Charles Stacy
of Lyons, CO, Carl Stacy of Tulsa, OK, Arnold Stacy of Poteau, OK; numerous
nieces, nephews, other relatives, loved ones & friends.
Memorial services will be
10 am, Saturday, June 28, 2014 graveside at Mt.
View Cemetery,
Glendale, OK
with Lavon Williams officiating.
