Nina B. Smith, 86, of Poteau, OK
passed away Saturday, March 22, 2014 in Poteau.
Nina was born January 2, 1928 in Pine
Valley, OK to Linn
& Bertha (Davis) Adkins. She was a
waitress. Nina was a resident of Poteau
for over 50 years. She was preceded in
death by her husband, J.T. Smith; daughter, Judy Kay Brooks; sisters, Helen
Gower & Addie Green.
She is survived by her son,
John L. Terry of Mojave, CA; sister, Betty Kirk of Rosamond, CA; brother,
Lendon Adkins of Torryton, TN; 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; numerous
nieces, nephews, other relatives, loved ones & friends.
Services will be 2 pm, Saturday,
March 29, 2014 at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, OK
with Rev. Jim Cook officiating. Burial
will follow in Vaughn Cemetery, Gilmore,
OK.
