David Earl Griffith
Sr., 80, passed away Monday, July 2, 2012 in Fort Smith, AR. David was born August 6, 1931 in Gilmore, OK
to William Roy Sr. & Dessie Mae (Brown) Griffith. He was retired from Whirlpool. David was preceded in death by his parents;
2 brothers, William Roy Griffith Jr., Lawrence
Green.
Survivors include
his sons, David Griffith Jr. of Ft. Smith, AR, Carl & Jeannie Griffith of
San Antonio, TX; daughter, Brenda & William Rosewitz of Wellington, KS; 5
grandchildren, Mark Griffith of Norman, OK, Heather & Nathan Delancy, Ben
& Bailey Rosewitz, Chase & Adrian Rosewitz, Chelsa Rosewitz all of
Kansas; great grandchildren, Kendalynn Rosewitz, Daxter Rosewitz, Lennon
Delancy; brother, Charles & Thelma Griffith of Poteau, OK; numerous nieces,
nephews, other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends.
Services will be 10
am Thursday, July 5, 2012 at the Oakland
Cemetery Pavilion, Poteau, OK
with Rev. Jim Cook officiating.
Interment will follow.
