Doris Tamplin, 79, of Wister, OK passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2010 in Poteau, OK. Doris was born in Clayton, OK on January 22, 1931 to Arthur & Mozelle Owens. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Tamplin was a Southern Baptist. She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Millard & Joseph Tamplin. Survivors include one son, Jerry Tamplin of Wister, OK; one daughter, Terry Sue Garibay of Williams, AZ; 6 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren; other relatives & loved ones; many beloved friends.
The family will hold a private memorial service.
