Jere was an inspiration for all women. I treasured her example both as a teacher, mother, and most important of all as a grandmother.

I was saddened when I received word about Jere. She was a wonderful educator and a great person. I am glad I had the opportunity to work with her at PKMS. She was a good colleage and friend. I will miss her.

Jere and I taught 4th grade next to each other for several years. She was a warm and caring teacher. I was a bit envious of one unit on the Olympics that she developed which incorporated all of the subjects. My students would beg to go visit Mrs. Corr's room to hear her updates and see her charts on the Olympics. She will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers to the family. Lorraine Caldwell
