Bill Bevins Carroll – friends and family all knew him as “Little Billy”.  We all have happy memories of Billy that we hold dear to our hearts.  WE have all probably seen him spinning his guns.  What a sight to see him with his gun holster around his waist, twirling his guns and doing a quick draw. Or you may have known Billy was going to visit his grandmother Carroll at least twice a week.  No matter how much extra money he had in his pocket he would go visit Violet on Monday to borrow $20 then go visit again on Friday to repay Violet her $20.  This was his way of letting her know she was loved and appreciated as the matriarch of the Carroll family.  And in turn he would be honored to be laid to rest with his grandmother.
Billy, the free spirit he was in his younger days, could always be found near the water fishing, playing hackey sack and listening to some old tunes, hanging with friends and family.  He loved reminiscing about all the crazy times he had in school.  He was a very kind hearted person who would give  you the shirt off his back.  He was an animal lover who could never turn away a stray.  He was a person that would always accept you the way you were.  He was kind, giving and loyal.  If you were down and out he had room for you.
